About the Artist

Cindy Yagoda Markowitz of Delray Beach, Florida creates an endlessly varied and always unique mix of multimedia art.  Working with combinations of metal, wire, fabric, beads, paint, ink,  paper and more, Cindy has developed a multitude of ways to display the ever enduring, ever endearing symbol of love, the heart.

From hand worked sheet metal cats and dogs to colorful three dimensional hearts, her work has been described as whimsical, appealing and even joyous.

Cindy currently shares her home with her cat, Calliope Jane Clawford and Ham, a full grown, four and a half foot ball python.
